Article 1 [Purpose of Agreement] The purpose of this agreement is to define the rights and obligations between the customer and ™Snapurseoul regarding the request and execution of photography services.

Article 2 [Scope of Service] These terms apply equally to all products and services provided by ™Snapurseoul.

Article 3 [Execution of Contract]

1. Customers must arrive on time at the agreed meeting point.
2. If the customer is more than 10 minutes late, the delay will be counted as part of the shooting time. If there is no contact within 15 minutes, the session will be canceled without refund.
3. If the photographer is unavoidably delayed, the customer will be notified in advance, and the lost time will be compensated with extended shooting.
4. In cases such as construction, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances, the shooting location may be changed without prior notice.

Article 4 [Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer]

1. Cancellations made within 7 days of booking confirmation are eligible for a 100% refund (excluding bank fees).
2. After 7 days from booking confirmation, the deposit is non-refundable.
3. Cancellations due to personal reasons (e.g., transportation delays, pregnancy, breakup, etc.) are non-refundable.
4. The service may be postponed or canceled due to extreme weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain over 10mm/hour or snowfall over 3cm/hour). In such cases, a 100% refund will be provided (excluding bank fees).

Article 5 [Delivery of Data/Products]

1. Edited photos will be delivered via Google Drive download link within 3–4 weeks after the shooting date.
2. Photo selection will be curated by the photographer. Customers may select photos themselves for an additional fee, which must be requested at the time of booking. (Low-resolution previews will be provided for selection, requiring additional processing time.)
   • If customers select photos themselves, editing will take an additional 1–2 weeks after selection is completed.
3. Original JPG files provided by ™Snapurseoul will be stored for 30 days after delivery. After this period, all files will be permanently deleted. Customers must check and back up files immediately.
4. After 30 days, re-delivery is not possible, and ™Snapurseoul bears no responsibility for deleted or lost files.
5. All data is provided in JPG format. Edited photos are delivered in web resolution (1280×1920 pixels). Print-size files may be provided upon request.

Article 6 [Editing and Retouching]

1. Color Edited: Adjusted for exposure, color tone, and layout.
2. Detail Edited: Photoshop edits for face, body, or height adjustments. Excessive cosmetic retouching is discouraged. One round of additional retouching is allowed upon request.

Article 7 [Compensation and Liability]

1. In case of partial data loss due to accidents or disasters, a partial refund will be provided proportional to the loss, along with any remaining data.
2. If all data is lost after the shoot, a 100% refund of the product price will be provided.
3. Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with style, expressions, or unavoidable circumstances during the shoot.
4. ™Snapurseoul is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage caused by customer negligence during the shoot.
5. All safety-related responsibilities rest with the customer. Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance in advance for their own safety and protection.

Article 8 [Copyright and Usage Rights]

1. All copyrights of the photos belong to ™Snapurseoul.
2. Customers may use the photos freely for personal and non-commercial purposes.
3. Commercial use of the photos (including advertising, resale, or promotional purposes) is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from ™Snapurseoul.
4. Some photos may be uploaded to ™Snapurseoul’s official SNS, website, or partner platforms (e.g., Airbnb, GetYourGuide) without prior notice.
5. Customers may request in advance that their photos not be used for promotional purposes.

Article 9 [Additional Costs] Any additional costs (e.g., extended shooting, extra participants, additional retouching) shall follow the provisions set forth in the Appendix of Additional Fees.

Article 10 [Governing Law and Jurisdiction] This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court, South Korea.
